Through the Youth Initiative, 2.3 billion has been allocated over ten years to develop initiatives and programs designed to help the 45,000 young people who are currently neither employed nor enrolled in education. Along the way, INVI consults with frontline practitioners to determine what works, so that the programs can be continuously adjusted to meet the needs of young people. We’d love to hear from anyone with firsthand experience—maybe you?
What is the Ungeløft Practice Panel?
In 2024, Ungeløftet was launched. It is a nationwide partnership between the government, municipalities, businesses, foundations, and civil society, in which a wide range of initiatives and programs are designed to help vulnerable young people find their way into education and secure stable employment.
In collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and the Danish Agency for Labor Market and Recruitment, INVI has established the Ungeløft Practice Panel. Here, we continuously gather insights from the people who interact with young people on a daily basis and who can see firsthand what works. These insights are compiled and analyzed by INVI and then shared with Ungeløft’s partners so that the initiatives can be adjusted as needed.
Throughout 2025, nearly 600 practitioners shared their experiences with us. We’re now launching a new round of the Ungeløftet Practice Panel—and we hope you’ll join us.
Who can be on the panel?
We’d love to hear from all of you who are in daily contact with young people. You might work in mental health care, be a case worker for the municipality, a volunteer support person, a tradesperson with apprentices, a teacher in a youth education program—and so on. As long as you interact with young people in a professional capacity, we’d love to have you on board.
Your observations and experiences are invaluable, and by joining the practice panel, you’ll help shape Ungeløftet as it’s rolled out. That way, the many initiatives and good intentions will benefit as many people as possible.
How does it work?
We’ll collect your experiences through the INVOLVE app, which was developed here at INVI. In the app, you can share your thoughts and observations via text, audio, or images—whichever works best for you. Your contributions will be pseudonymized and processed in accordance with the GDPR. There will be two survey rounds over the next two years, and each will take 15 minutes to complete.
We hope you'll share your experiences with us.
