Create change with INVI

Our collaborations are built on our Model for wicked Problems (MVP) developed between INVI and leading researchers.

Over 5,000 politicians, officials, practitioners and citizens have been part of the model's creation. MVP brings together new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data science and combines it with human knowledge through collective intelligence. This creates a unique knowledge base:

Strategy development

When the world is hard to predict, you need new data sources. We screen you and the world around you to find actionable insights.

We are experts in making AI and data science work for governments, organizations and businesses. We gather new insights through text, audio and images from those who really matter to your future: members, citizens, voters, customers or stakeholders. All this input is processed in our wicked Problems Model. Look forward to understanding your world in a new way with insights that empower action.

  • As one of the country's largest and most influential organizations, the Danish Cancer Society continuously explores how best to gather and apply knowledge from experts, members, volunteers and employees who all contribute to supporting the cancer cause.

In connection with the development of the Danish Cancer Society's new strategy, INVI delivered a new and rich knowledge layer - directly from the organization's thousands of practitioners. It provided management and board with strategic insights from an extensive qualitative data ocean that has helped shape everything from the overall strategic priorities to the most central value concepts.

  • Lauritzen Fonden supports a wide range of local initiatives that create impressive results - from lifting vulnerable young people into jobs and education to fighting loneliness.

In collaboration with the foundation's secretariat, INVI has developed a tailor-made workshop that builds a common language and new methods to tackle and scale the knowledge problems in the organization.

Implementation

We create feedback loops between strategy and execution to take the pulse of the frontline.

Executing the strategy - or implementing the policy reform? This is where the hard work begins. Today, there are few methods to take the temperature of implementation. Most people wait blindly for the three-year evaluation. We do it differently. We gather a panel of key people in the implementation and ask them to share their insights on an ongoing basis. This way, we create a continuous feedback loop. It's done in a simple and engaging way - tailored to the frontline worker's busy schedule. The result? You get an ongoing overview of how your strategy or reform is being received and what's standing in the way of progress - so you can adjust course in time.

  • In April 2024, the government and a majority in the Danish Parliament reached an agreement on a new elderly reform - the biggest change in elderly care in decades, not least for the 74,000 employees in the field.

To strengthen the implementation of the reform, the think tank INVI has been tasked with investigating how the reform's key practitioners and users - employees, managers, the elderly, relatives and civil society - experience the changes as the reform is rolled out. This way, politicians and stakeholders can continuously gain insight into how the reform is taking shape in practice - instead of having to wait many years for a traditional evaluation.

In this way, INVI contributes to anchoring the elderly reform in real-life experiences and developing it in close interaction with those who live it on a daily basis.

Scaling

We tailor scaling strategies for foundations and corporations

There is plenty of social innovation with the potential to help even more people. But how do you put methods, principles or programs into practice? There is no one-size-fits-all. Each change project is born in its own context - and must find its own path to scale.

We know the strategic levers, the most effective methods and the logic that drives the systems where scaling happens - whether it's market, state, municipality, foundation, partnership or something else entirely. With your knowledge and our network and tools, we tailor a scaling strategy that works for your portfolio.

  • Lauritzen Fonden supports a wide range of local initiatives that create impressive results - from lifting vulnerable young people into jobs and education to fighting loneliness.

In collaboration with the foundation's secretariat, INVI has developed a scaling strategy that - based on a thorough analysis - points out how Lauritzen Fonden can support the initiatives in scaling their impact. The strategy shows how everything from organizational models and methods to key principles can be brought into play so that the results reach even more people - and strengthen the foundation's overall social impact.

Impact

We measure impact in new ways that make it possible to assess impact in tackling wicked problems

How do you measure and monitor progress when a foundation, organization or company runs change processes that span five or ten years? How do we measure shifts in attitude while they are happening - and when they have happened? We deliver new insights that show the change before they translate into measurable KPIs.
