Create change with INVI

Our collaborations are built on our Model for wicked Problems (MVP) developed between INVI and leading researchers.

Over 5,000 politicians, officials, practitioners and citizens have been part of the model's creation. MVP brings together new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data science and combines it with human knowledge through collective intelligence. This creates a unique knowledge base:

Analysis

We conduct analyses that provide clarity on complex issues.

From needs analyses to potential analyses. We work systematically to identify underlying drivers rather than just symptoms. With INVI’s digital infrastructure— Involve —we unlock new insights into familiar challenges. This makes it possible to uncover hidden patterns and overlooked connections. We always combine qualitative and quantitative data in innovative ways. And our analyses are action-oriented—often linked to barriers to implementation. Read more here.

Strategy development

When the world is hard to predict, you need new data sources. We screen you and the world around you to find actionable insights.

We are experts in making AI and data science work for governments, organizations and businesses. We gather new insights through text, audio and images from those who really matter to your future: members, citizens, voters, customers or stakeholders. All this input is processed in our wicked Problems Model. Look forward to understanding your world in a new way with insights that empower action.

Implementation

We create feedback loops between strategy and execution to take the pulse of the frontline.

Executing the strategy - or implementing the policy reform? This is where the hard work begins. Today, there are few methods to take the temperature of implementation. Most people wait blindly for the three-year evaluation. We do it differently. We gather a panel of key people in the implementation and ask them to share their insights on an ongoing basis. This way, we create a continuous feedback loop. It's done in a simple and engaging way - tailored to the frontline worker's busy schedule. The result? You get an ongoing overview of how your strategy or reform is being received and what's standing in the way of progress - so you can adjust course in time.

Scaling

We tailor scaling strategies for foundations and corporations

There is plenty of social innovation with the potential to help even more people. But how do you put methods, principles or programs into practice? There is no one-size-fits-all. Each change project is born in its own context - and must find its own path to scale.

We know the strategic levers, the most effective methods and the logic that drives the systems where scaling happens - whether it's market, state, municipality, foundation, partnership or something else entirely. With your knowledge and our network and tools, we tailor a scaling strategy that works for your portfolio.

Impact

We measure impact in new ways that make it possible to assess impact in tackling wicked problems

How do you measure and monitor progress when a foundation, organization or company runs change processes that span five or ten years? How do we measure shifts in attitude while they are happening - and when they have happened? We deliver new insights that show the change before they translate into measurable KPIs. You can also read more about our methodology here.
