Former restaurant manager to manage INVI's events: Meet INVI's three new full-time employees
It's very special when we get to turn students into colleagues. Not just because it's great to see young talent unfold - but because they also remind us why we started INVI: to build a place where you can make the leap from theory to practice, from textbooks to real wicked problems.
Meet Mads, Sina and Sam as they unfold INVI's atlas of wicked problems.

Sina Houberg Jæger NU organizational consultant at INVI
My professional background is history of ideas, social sciences and international studies. In particular, I look forward to bringing the international perspective into play when INVI looks beyond Denmark's borders with the publication of The Puzzle State.
Previously, I have worked in civil society and as a restaurant manager.
In INVI I have been PA for Sigge, intern and student, so I have a good understanding of several layers of the organization - which I look forward to translating into a sustainable and growing business in my new role as organizational consultant. In addition, I am responsible for opening the doors to INVI even more through cool events in Den Gule Gård.
Mads Højmark Pedersen NU Data Analyst at INVI
As an analyst, my primary focus is to contribute with analysis of wicked problems, while there is an ongoing task in further developing the Model for wicked problems. I have a Master's degree in Social Data Science and a background in political science. Therefore, I think it's really exciting to be involved in using the wicked Problems Model to make ongoing and realistic evaluations of the elderly reform.
Sam Rahbar NU Data Analyst at INVI
This summer I finished my Master's degree in Design and Innovation at DTU. I've always been drawn to solving problems, so I'm really excited to be working on the wildest problems. In INVI, I have the role of analyst, where I help develop, maintain and use our Model for wicked Problems to analyze problems. I look forward to working with qualitative data at scale and helping to design the processes it requires. I'm also looking forward to learning a lot about the political system and bringing practitioner insights into the political process.
