Danes' Views on the Back Door to Democracy
A new survey of 1,005 representative Danes shows that a large majority of the population doubts that politics can lead to real change.
This is the second time INVI has conducted a survey on the state of democracy in Denmark, which reveals a persistently low level of trust in politicians and the future. The survey was conducted during the formation of the government in 2026 and further highlights what respondents consider important in a new government, as well as the differences between the blue and red blocs. The survey was conducted by Norstat on behalf of INVI.
